FREE RETURN within US: Item(s) must be received within 15 days of delivery, otherwise a $9.95 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
For INTERNATIONAL orders, all return freight is paid by the customer.
Merchandise must be returned within 30 days.
Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed.
Merchandise must have all tags attached and be returned in original packaging.
Merchandise returned without the original security tag, or a damaged security tag, may result in a delayed refund or may not qualify for a refund.
Please Note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Packages that arrive COD may be denied, or the COD amount may be deducted from your return.
FINAL SALE ITEMS MAY NOT BE RETURNED.
For your FREE return label, please email email@example.com with your order number so we can process your request. Please include the RETURN FORM inside the return package along with the item(s) you're returning (unworn, with original tags).
Please email our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 322.589.2020, our representatives can assist you with ensuring that your desired size or color is available as well as reserving it for you. The item(s) will then be sent out as soon as your return arrives and is processed.
To receive your placement item(s) faster, it is recommened that you repurchase the desired item(s) and return the item(s) that did not work out.
The return process usually takes from one to two weeks, including time of receiving the package at our warehouse to the refund back into your account. We will send out an email confirmation immediately once your return is processed.
